Where to even begin! We were not going to do maternity photos as I was not feeling myself during pregnancy but after seeing Carolyn’s pictures on Instagram I signed up. During our time at the lake we were made to feel totally comfortable and never felt like we didn’t know what to do (which says a lot because I am very awkward getting my picture taken! Lol) We just received all of the photos back and are at a loss for words. The pictures are stunning. I am so glad we were able to capture this time in our lives and cannot wait for our next session once baby is here.

We loved everything about both of our experiences with Carolyn. She captured the exact vision I had for my maternity pictures. She showed us lots of patience as we weren’t super confident being in front of the camera. She has great people skills and made the environment very comfortable. We had family photos done with Care this October and they turned out exactly as we wanted. She was easy to communicate with and helped us in deciding which location to use for the fall photos we wanted which ended up being a beautiful spot with lots of variety. Photography with Care came to our home for a newborn session to capture pictures of our newborn daughter in October. Neither of us are big picture people but her easygoing personality had us feeling comfortable so quickly. She made sure we felt relaxed and comfortable and captured so many great moments, as well as some perfect details of her nursery. I was impressed from the moment I reached out to Carolyn. She responded to us right away and booked a mini session for exactly when I wanted it (our sons 1st birthday). The session was so relaxed, and felt so natural. I was worried about how we could possibly get good photos with a 1 year old, but she nailed it! Not only is the quality of the photography incredible but the kindness and professionalism that Care has makes her the best photographer in Peterborough. She is patient with the kids, creative in getting their attention, and understands their limits and somehow still always gets the best shots. Photography with care has been capturing our special moment for the last 3 years. Care captured our wedding, our family at the tree farm which was also my maternity photoshoot with our third child and a newborn session following the birth of our little girl.
