I’m so excited for you and can’t wait to be a part of your special day! Building genuine, lasting relationships with my clients is something I truly cherish. My goal is to guide you seamlessly through the wedding day process so you can relax and fully enjoy every moment. When photographing your wedding, I focus on capturing you and your loved ones just as you are—natural, beautiful, and full of joy. I’ll document the day as it unfolds organically, stepping in with guidance when needed, like during those important posed family portraits.
My style is a combination of posed, prompted/guided and candid.

The Process
The flow of working with Care.
1. Connect Via Video Chat
Do we mesh?
It is so important to me to have a connection with each and every one of my couples. Every couple is unique and understand that to get fun, joyful, and genuine photos of their love story, we need to have a connection, and a relationship. I always say I want to show up to your wedding day and feel like a friend, rather than a hired vendor. That means - our very first step is connecting via a video call so we can get to know each other!
2. Let's Make It Official!
After our initial video call, if you and your other half decide we’re the perfect fit to work together, it’ll be time to make it official! All you need to do is decide on your package, and from there, I’ll send you an online proposal with your custom contract, invoice, and payment schedule all able to be completed online!
Once your 30% retainer is paid, your date will be saved and the fun will begin! From there, I’ll begin sending you helpful information like my list of vendor recommendations, a timeline guide and more. Then, the best part– we’ll start planning your engagement session!
3. The Engagement Session
If you choose to have an engagement session it is a great time where we get to know each other. I get to see how you interact together, and you become comfortable in front of my camera. We get to shoot in any location you choose, you can wear what you’re comfortable in, and there’s no guests begging for your attention. It’s just you guys and me, unfolding your love story.
4. An Easy and Stress Free Planning Process
I love being involved in the wedding planning process. My goal as a photographer is to make sure you have the most fun and stress free day possible. Because of that, I am extremely organized when it comes to your wedding day plans! Leading up to the day, I will help you create a detailed timeline for the day, a family formal photo list, and will send you a questionnaire to ensure everything runs smoothly. About 2 weeks out from the wedding, we’ll have a video call to go over any final details to ensure all goes well the day of!
5. The Wedding Day
It’s here! The day of your wedding goes by in an instant. I want to make sure it’s the most fun and stress free day possible, for not just you - but your family and friends. I’ll begin with photographing the wedding day prep. My absolute favourite part of the day is couples portraits, so we’ll ensure we have plenty of time for this! It’s my job to capture all the traditional & candid moments so that you can look back may not have even realized were happening to relive your incredible day.
6. Your Gallery
After the wedding day, when all your edits are complete (8-10 weeks post wedding), you will receive an online gallery of HUNDREDS of your images. I deliver approximately 75-100 photos per hour of coverage. From this gallery, you will be able to share your images with friends and family, download to your computer, share to social media and order prints. While you have full print rights to your images, I always recommend couples print through a professional lab if you’re going to make prints for your walls–the quality of professional labs is just so much better!!
7. Album Design
I absolutely love wedding albums and they have such a special place in my heart. My parents have been married for over 50 years and they still have their wedding album on their coffee table. I love looking through it and relive their love story.
If you choose to add an album with your wedding collection, I will curate the album using your favourite photos as well as my own to make sure it tells your beautiful love story.
